Chairman

Keith Seville

Keith grew up in Berkshire, in the southeast of England, as part of a large family with five sisters and one brother. His parents, members of the Windrush generation, emigrated from Jamaica, instilling a strong sense of heritage and resilience in their children.

Keith’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. Shortly after leaving school, he embraced the idea of self-employment, transitioning from selling sweets in the playground to successfully running his first business—all before reaching his twenties.

In addition to his professional achievements, Keith is a devoted father, and one of his children has Cerebral Palsy. This personal experience has further deepened his commitment to inclusivity and shaped his understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families navigating disabilities.

Today, Keith is an accomplished author, entrepreneur, and business coach. He currently leads Equality Mastermind, a company dedicated to providing expert equality training for businesses and individuals, empowering them to foster inclusivity and equity in their environments.

Services Director

Jennifer Keep

Born in Reading, Berkshire, Jennifer is the youngest of five siblings. A devoted mother of three, she understands the profound challenges families face, particularly as one of her children lives with cerebral palsy. This personal experience has fueled her passion for creating meaningful change in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the care industry, Jennifer recognised a critical gap in support systems: while many organisations provide much-needed care for children with disabilities, these children eventually grow into adults who often face a sharp decline in available resources. For those unable to work, this lack of provision can result in isolation and limited opportunities to engage with the world around them.

Determined to address this issue, Jennifer alongside Keith founded Fab4All, an organisation dedicated to ensuring that individuals with disabilities can lead fulfilling lives regardless of age or circumstances. Her work is driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to community, activities, and support that empower them to thrive.
