We offer a wide variety of engaging art and craft activities, including drawing, colouring, and painting on various mediums; sewing, knitting, and crocheting; and a range of paper crafts such as card-making and papier-mâché. Other creative projects include tie-dyeing, bath bomb and bath salt creation, and much more.

Some of our crafts, like clay and salt dough sculpting, are also used for therapeutic purposes, helping members relieve stress, experience calm, and enhance fine motor skills.

To celebrate special occasions and seasons, we often involve everyone in group projects, such as creating decorations for Remembrance Day and brightening up our centre with collaborative artwork.

Above all, our philosophy is centred around choice: if a particular activity doesn’t appeal to a member, they’re always encouraged to pursue something that does.
